Setpember 16th Day 2

Yeah I stuck to it and now on Im day 2 im getting a hair cut i feel great my CDC is not coming  to weigh me till next week o fingers crossed i expect big thing :) its 11.19am i have had no shakes yet so Im gonna to have first for the day now :)
